Rella has a decade’s experience as a personal trainer working with clients aged 10-62, and made significant lifestyle changes for them. “Staying fit isn’t just about looking good. Find a realistic goal, make it fun and make a change; a small change in your lifestyle, a mega step to a better life.”
With her skills from Rehab Trainer, Trigger Point Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, she specializes in techniques to better enhance her clients’ mobility. “Losing weight and staying fit is not difficult, what’s challenging is to stay focused throughout the journey, and to prevent injuries along the way. What’s challenging, is to feel good throughout the journey. Some people stop halfway, because they have lost their motivation; some people stop because they get injured, and it scares them.”
FloatFit is a great 30 minutes program made to fit into even the busiest schedule. From rehab and injury prevention point of view, working on the floating platform strengthens stabilizing muscles that can often be neglected even by athletes when working on stable grounds.
